The Products and Services are currently provided free of charge.

All DC Intel branding, briefings, audio content, editorial materials, summaries, graphics, website content, compilations, and original materials are owned by or licensed to DC Intel and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except where permitted by law, you must not reproduce, republish, redistribute, commercially exploit, scrape, reverse engineer, modify, copy, or create derivative works from the Products and Services without prior written permission from DC Intel.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe functionality provided.

12. International Users

DC Intel operates from Australia but may provide products and services globally.

Users accessing the Products and Services from outside Australia do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DC Intel and its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners exclude all liability for indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or commercial losses arising from or related to the Products and Services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability is limited to AUD $100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer laws.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or continuous availability of the Products and Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DC Intel and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Products and Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
